System EngineerCorporate Account Manager

Software Village Malaysia (SVM) is a service-based and solution-oriented company which provides state of the art software solutions and above all we are a MSC status Software Laboratory. Our stable of solutions includes Document Management Solution, Digitization Solution and CRM solution as well as a wide range of portal designs and system integration and IT consultancy services.

 In line with SVM's Company's expansion for 2010, we are seeking candidates to fulfill the responsibilities below;

 

Admin Assistant
MYR 1000 - 1200
(Based in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:
Your role will include but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash

Requirements:

  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software ie. Ms Office
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

Corporate Account Manager

MYR 2200 - 2500 (includes allowance)
(based in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam)

Responsible to assist for promotion & selling full range of IT products & services to potential customers in the Corporate & Government sectors

  • Cultivate both new and existing accounts, identifying their potential, needs & requirement and providing solutions
  • Prepare proposals and quotations independently
  • Promote and implement cross-selling and total solutions to prospective clients 
  • To coordinate and manage pre & post sales activities

Requirements:

  • The right candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in IT Sales will be added advantage
  • Exudes charisma, has boundless energy and pure commitment to success
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain RDBMS
  • IT Support
  • Application Support
  • Provide Post-Sales Implementations and Deployments

Requirements:

  • The right candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Required skills: VB, PHP, .Net and RDBMS
  • ASP, Linux, AJAX, CSS, HTML, and other core web technologies are also added advantages
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows architecture and Client-Server environment
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within the Klang Valley
  • Hardworking and able to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and effectively
  • Willing to learn and aspires to acquire knowledge in the industry
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
